How do I pick up my badge?
Please bring your business card to the registration desk in the morning of the meeting’s first day during the registration time listed in the agenda to pick up your badge.
What is the dress code for the conference?
The dress code for the meeting is from business casual to business.
What is the nearest airport recommended for attendees to fly into?
SHA or PVG
How long does it take to get to/from the airport, and how much does it cost?
Without traffic, it takes approximately 35 minutes from the Hongqiaoairport to the hotel and the average taxi fare is around 80RMB ($13); 45 minand 160RMB ($26) from Pudong airport.
Will there be shuttle service provided to/from the airport to the conference venue?
No shuttle service is provided. However, you may rent car service pickup from the conference hotel. The cost starts at 500RMB ($75) and you need to arrange this directly with the hotel.
Will I receive regular updates about the event once I’m registered?
Certainly. Once you are fully registered, you will receive periodic updates about the program agenda, special events we have planned as well as other information to help you maximize your attendance at the meeting.
Are there any special receptions?
Yes, there are a number of special events such as cocktail reception on dayone evening but this is only for the speaker faculty and VIP guests. Please view the agenda for more details.

What does my registration include?
Your registration fee includesaccess to all the conference sessions, on-site materials, light breakfastsnacks, networking refreshment breaks and lunches.
Are there any discounts available?
If your company is a domesticChinese company with no offices outside of China, you may be eligible for aspecial discounted rate. Delegates from the academy can also enjoy special ratefor registration. Pls contact sam.li@chstone-events.com for more.
What forms of payment are accepted for registration?
Our preferred methods for paymentare bank transfer.
Can I pay in Chinese RMB?
Yes. If you are interested in paying in Chinese RMB, please contact sam.li@chstone-events.com
How can I obtain a receipt or Chinese Fapiao for my registration payment?
If you need an official Chinese Fapiao, please send an email to sam.li@chstone-events.com and we will have the invoice emailed to you. We can only issue a Chinese Fapiao if you have madepayment in RMB.
Can I send a colleague or friend in my place?
Yes, pls send us an email at sam.li@chstone-events.com to have the attendee information updated.
I have already registered and paid to attend the event. Is it possible to cancel my registration and obtain a refund?
All payments are non-refundable.You can transfer your attendance to a colleague or friend or use your registration for credit towards a future ChStone event.
