Who should attend Vaccine Innovation Forum?
The majority of attendees are local and global industry executives,academic leaders and experts on vaccine R&D and production,with extensive knowledge and experience on vaccine development and technologyinnovation. People from NGO, government, investment org and related fields will also join in.

Where will the event take place?
The event will take place in China Grain Hotel, Shanghai China
How many people are expected to attend?
We specifically aim for 600 senior-level R&D and technology leaders and experts.
Will the conference sessions be offered in English or Chinese (Mandarin)?
The presentations will be given in English.
Will simultaneous translation be provided?
the official language will be Englgish. So, pls be noted no translation services will be available.
Will the sessions or any part of Vaccine Innovation Forum be streamed live via the Internet?
No, there are currently no plans to stream the event.
Will the presentation slides be given to attendees?
Yes, all registered attendees will be given a unique website address,username and password one week after the conference that they may use to loginto the system to download the presentation slides in PDF format (only those with the speakers’ permission can be download).
Is there a one-day pass?
We do not offer one-day passes to attend Vaccine Innovation Forum
I am not a Chinese citizen. Do I need a visa to travel to Shanghai, Chinafor the conference?
Yes, you need a visa to China.
I need to obtain a visa. Where can I get a visa invitation letter regarding my attendance at Vaccine Innovation Forum?
We can provide you with aninvitation letter that you may use to apply for your visa to China. Please email us at sam.li@chstone-events.com to request an invitation letter. Only registered attendees will be issued an invitation letter.
Are hotel accommodations included in the registration fee?
No, you must book your hotel accommodations separately.
Is there a special attendee rate at the conference hotel and how do I bookat this rate?
Yes, we do have a special rate for attendees of the conference at the conference hotel. To request the form to book at the special rate, please email us at sam.li@chstone-events.com
I am a member of the press. Can I attend the event for free?
We allow a very limited number of press members to attend the conference on a case-by-case basis. If you wouldlike to request a press pass, please send an email to sam.li@chstone-events.com along with your press credentials so we may consider your attendance.
