Who should attend Vaccine Innovation Forum?
The majority of attendees are local and global industry executives,academic leaders and experts on human/animal vaccine R&D and production,with extensive knowledge and experience on vaccine development and technologyinnovation. People from NGO, government, investment org and related fields willalso join in.

The event will take place in Guangdong Hotel (Shanghai), China
How many people are expected to attend?
We specifically aim for 350-400 senior-level R&D and technology leaders and experts.
Will the conference sessions be offered in English or Chinese (Mandarin)?
The greater majority of the presentations are given in English, howeversome of the sessions that cater to Chinese domestic company topics will be conducted in Mandarin.
Will simultaneous translation be provided?
Simultaneous translation will be provided for all of the main conferencesessions taking place on April 26-27. Attendees can borrow the translation devices with your ID card/passport, for free.
Will the sessions or any part of Vaccine Innovation Forum be streamed live via the Internet?
No, there are currently no plans to stream the event.
Will the presentation slides be given to attendees?
Yes, all registered attendees will be given a unique website address,username and password one week after the conference that they may use to loginto the system to download the presentation slides in PDF format (only those withthe speakers’ permission can be download).

What does my registration include?
Your registration fee includesaccess to all the conference sessions, on-site materials, light breakfastsnacks, networking refreshment breaks and lunches.
Are there any discounts available?
If your company is a domesticChinese company with no offices outside of China, you may be eligible for aspecial discounted rate. Delegates from the academy can also enjoy special ratefor registration. Pls contact email@example.com for more.
What forms of payment are accepted for registration?
Our preferred methods for paymentare bank transfer.
Can I pay in Chinese RMB?
Yes. If you are interested in paying in Chinese RMB, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
How can I obtain a receipt or Chinese Fapiao for my registration payment?
If you need an official Chinese Fapiao, please send an email to email@example.com and we will have the invoice emailed to you. We can only issue a Chinese Fapiao if you have madepayment in RMB.
Can I send a colleague or friend in my place?
Yes, pls send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to have the attendee information updated.
I have already registered and paid to attend the event. Is it possible to cancel my registration and obtain a refund?
All payments are non-refundable.You can transfer your attendance to a colleague or friend or use your registration for credit towards a future ChStone event.
